Сподобалася книжка? Мрієш зустрітися з письменником? У нашій бібліотеці мрії збуваються! У 2013 році стартував проект «Віртуальний ЛітПортал: від тих, хто пише, тим, хто читає». Завдяки цьому проекту користувачі ХОБД мають можливість знайомитися і спілкуватися в режимі скап-зустрічі з дитячими письменниками України та інших країн.
